About the project

Using RPA robots with Microsoft technology, Comtrade System Integration streamlined communication among four applications, including an advanced Document Management System. The robots automated invoice capture and data entry, significantly boosting efficiency. A barcode-driven approach was employed for invoice processing, simplifying document searches and accelerating accounting processes. Additionally, Excel reporting was enhanced through integration with the DMS. By collaborating closely with the Milšped team, Comtrade System Integration achieved greater efficiency and knowledge enrichment.
