This recognition comes for the project implementation at Lutrija Bosne i Hercegovine.
It’s not exactly every day that we get to pride ourselves on being – not just in a great company among global giants such as Accenture, Deloitte, Pepsico, AT&T, Tata Consultancy Services, Oracle Red Bull Racing, Comcast, Footlocker, and many other powerhouses in the customer experience domain – but to actually come out on top in a particular category.
Yet, that’s exactly what happened at the 16th Annual Oracle Markie Awards, taking place at Oracle CloudWorld event on October 17-20th in Las Vegas, where Comtrade System Integration’s Sarajevo office and Labrys won the award for the best CX Partner Collaboration of the Year.
The Markie Awards are all about delivering top-notch customer experience that users of Oracle solutions have come to expect over the past decades. Given that the Oracle Fusion Cloud Customer Experience (CX) was designed to deliver superior customer experience, the Markie Awards aim at particular achievements and relationships within its partner network in the domains of advertising, marketing, sales, service, and e-commerce, that drive measurable business outcomes. This year’s Awards had hundreds of submissions globally, spanning across 15 different categories.
At our Sarajevo office, we are particularly proud of the fact that this recognition comes for the project implementation at Lutrija Bosne i Hercegovine, which is an excellent showcase of how complex solutions can be implemented through tight collaboration, delivering a superb customer experience for a wide reach of people in Bosnia & Herzegovina that Lutrija reaches and interacts with daily.
