Comtrade System Integration took part in this year's BankInfo conference, intended for bank representatives and IT professionals.
The Association of Banks of Serbia hosted the thirtieth BankInfo conference in Kopaonik from Wednesday, October 5 to Friday, October 7, 2022.
Comtrade System Integration participated in this banking-focused event, which covered topics such as e-commerce, fiscalization, digital identity, information security, fraud prevention, cyber resilience, current NBS projects, state-bank cooperation, and regional cooperation perspectives, upcoming technologies like DeFi, NFT, and Web3, as well as new generations of clients and their needs.
Miroslav Marinković, Business Development Manager ― Financial Sector, gave a presentation on “API management and integrations,” where he talked about turning business and regulatory needs into business opportunities through efficient, scalable, and secure API management, as well as the advantages that an adequate API can bring to financial institutions’ approach to managing and integrating individually independent applications.
Apart from the presentation, he also participated in the panel discussion “Bank Complaint Resolution Process” where they discussed how to create solutions through active cooperation and dialogue with financial market participants and turn challenges into opportunities for better business.
