We won the Microsoft Partner of the Year Award 2025!

We are proud to announce that we’ve been named Microsoft Partner of the Year 2025 (Serbia) for our outstanding work on a transformative CRM project delivered in collaboration with NLB Komercijalna Banka and VeriPark.

The award recognizes the project’s innovative use of Microsoft Cloud technology to revolutionize how NLB Komercijalna Banka manages customer relationships, streamlines operations, and enhances the overall banking experience.

Developed jointly with VeriPark as the Independent Software Vendor (ISV), we implemented the new CRM solution, which replaced 11 legacy systems with a single, integrated platform. This modern solution unifies customer data, automates manual processes, and provides a 360° view of each client – enabling faster, more personalized, and data-driven interactions across all channels.

This recognition is a reflection of exceptional teamwork and shared vision. Together with NLB Komercijalna Banka, Microsoft, and VeriPark, we’ve created a future-ready digital foundation that empowers the bank to grow, innovate, and deliver even more value to its customers.

By integrating advanced KYC/AML compliance, automated workflows, and a unified customer data model, the project not only improves day-to-day efficiency but also sets a new standard for customer-centric banking in the region.
