We held one of our Delivery and ICT teams' favourite events - the third edition of the Tech Day! Technology always was and still is at the core of our company, and as our teams grow rapidly year after year, it is only fair to dedicate a whole day to exchanging experiences of working on different projects and technologies, and to really get deep and technical with it.
Tech Day is our internal event – for the colleagues, by the colleagues, made with the sole purpose of sharing interesting and fresh projects, research, and experiences in working with different technologies. It is a full day event that leaves everyone with extra knowledge and seeds of ideas planted for the year to come.
This year, we divided the program into three segments – the first one talking about the successful projects and cool implementations, the second one talking about research and development of new and emerging technologies, and a novelty – a panel discussion where we talked about AI and its use in the business environment.
With over 150 colleagues attending in person on our campus, in a spacious Event Center, and over 200 of them tuning in via MS Teams, Tech Day 3.0 proved just how important these conversations are for all of our teams.
One of the biggest takeaways? Our dear presenters who flawlessly delivered their lectures. Besides working on the projects themselves, they also spent time and effort to work on their presentation skills, and it definitely showed. They broke down complex topics with ease, keeping the audience engaged and making even the trickiest concepts feel familiar. A massive thank you to Jelena Pekez, Anđela Mihajlović, Uroš Đurov, Anđela Banica, Aleksandra Pavić, Danijela Stojanović, Anisia Jovanovski, Milica Stojanović, Tamara Vasović, Dženana Birčić, Haris Karalić, Aleksandar Mijailović, Dimitrije Jovanović, Kosta Štern, Boris Cergol, Boban Motika and Viktor Kovačević.
A big round of applause also goes to Radenko Baković for hosting the event with the perfect mix of professionalism, jokes, questions, and everything in between. Thank you Rade!
To close things off, our General Manager, Dušan Milićević, shared his thoughts, giving well-deserved praise to all the presenters and summarizing the key insights from the day.
Tech Day 3.0 wasn’t just another event – it was a reminder of how powerful it is when we dedicate the time to get familiar, to recognize awesome work being done and to get inspired.
