Presenting our new complaint management solution

Our company representatives have participated in this year’s BankInfo spring counseling

At an event called “Digital banking – challenges, innovations, investments”, organized by Association of Serbian Banks in Vrnjacka Banja, representatives of our company have presented the new Comtrade complaint management solution. The solution was introduced to the audience on the second day of this interesting and important event by our colleague Miroslav Marinković, who was supported by one of his team members, Jovana Kojić.

Participants of the event were quite curious to hear information and ideas presented by our team – the audience included experts, representatives of the financial sector, state institutions, software companies and academic institutions who work on improving the banking industry through IT innovations.

The solution is designed to help customers improve their relationship with clients, as well as to help them enhance services and product characteristics by identifying key faults. Colleagues have said that it allows financial institutions to efficiently manage the whole process of complaint resolving – from registering the complaint and defining the services responsible to answer, all the way to the resolving process, financial aspects, control, closing, evaluation, and surveys to assess users’ satisfaction.

This spring counseling, as an event focused on the digital transformation of banking processes, was the perfect forum for the first public presentation of our complaint management solution.
