Svake godine, Comtrade System Integracija tradicionalno organizuje skup koji okuplja predstavnike banaka, osiguranja i lizing kompanija, u našem Comtrade klubu na Novom Beogradu. Tokom skupa, predstavnici finansijske industrije zajedno sa našim ekspertima dele iskustva na polju poslovnih i tehnoloških trendova putem prezentacija, panel diskusija i druženja.

Sa željom da učesnicima skupa donesemo više, događaj je podeljen na nekoliko celina:

I Uvodna prezentacija – vodeći ekonomista Svetske banke i konsultant – profesor Dušan Vujović

Finansijska industrija je jedan od glavnih nosioca ekonomskog rasta i razvoja. Kroz značajne statističke podatke i uvide, osvrnućemo se na glavna kretanja u ekonomiji i finansijskoj industriji – od globalnog ka lokalnom.

II Panel 1 – „Tehnološka ili personalna ekspertiza: šta dolazi prvo?’’

U vremenu kada se okruženje dinamično razvija, gde tehnologija iz godine u godinu, dobija sve vitalniju ulogu za ostvarenje poslovnih rezultata, odabir tehnoloških pravaca i tima koji će upravljati tehnologijom, postaje jedno od primarnih strateških pitanja. „Timski rad’’ ljudskih i tehnoloških resursa je neminovan, a postavlja se pitanje ko je „kapiten’’ tima – da li institucije najpre postignu široki konsenzus o tehnološkom pravcu a zatim selektiraju tim za realizaciju, ili se ipak prvo formira ekipa koja na bazi svoje ekspertize preporučuje i realizuje tehnološku transformaciju.

III Panel 2 – „Balans između lokalnih, regionalnih i globalnih tehnoloških i poslovnih izazova“.

Poslovanje u okviru više jurisdikcija i tržišta koje imaju različitu poslovnu praksu je izazov sa kojim se suočavaju velike finansijske organizacije. Snaga grupe i mogućnosti da se koriste alati i resursi šireg spektra je značajna, ali isto tako može rezultirati zamkom da će određene aktivnosti i projekti doneti jednako dobar rezultat na više tržišta. Uloga lidera na lokalnom, regionalnom pa i globalnom nivou, usled ovih specifičnosti, nosi dodatnu odgovornost i iziskuje širok konsenzus za donošenje strateških odluka.

IV  Panel 3 – „Nove generacije. Nove tehnologije. Nova industrija?”

Okruženje finansijske industrije je pod značajnim uticajem nekoliko važnih faktora. S jedne strane novih tehnologija, sa druge novih generacija klijenata, a obe uz prizmu stalnog rasta poslovanja i zadovoljenja zahteva akcionara. U vremenu kada je izazovno zadovoljiti sve zahteve, od izuzetnog je značaja jasno definisati strateški pravac i prepoznati sve prilike i pretnje i pretvoriti ih u aktivne ili potencijalne prednosti za postizanje poslovnih rezultata.

Paralelno ćemo biti u prilici da realizujemo intervjue sa vodećim ekspertima industrije i čujemo njihov pogled na teme koje zajednički obrađujemo na događaju.

Every year, Comtrade System Integration traditionally organizes an event that brings together representatives from banks, insurance companies, and leasing companies at our Comtrade Club in Belgrade. During the event, representatives of the financial industry, along with our experts, share experiences on business and technological trends through presentations, panel discussions, and networking.

To provide more value to the participants of the event, we divided it into several segments:

The financial industry is one of the main drivers of economic growth and development. Through significant statistical data and insights, we will review key trends in the economy and the financial industry – from global to local

II Panel 1 – “Technological or Personal Expertise: What Comes First?”

In a time when the environment is dynamically evolving, and technology is gaining an increasingly vital role in achieving business results year after year, choosing technological directions and the team that will manage the technology becomes one of the primary strategic questions. The “teamwork” of human and technological resources is inevitable, raising the question of who is the “captain” of the team – whether institutions first reach a broad consensus on the technological direction and then select a team for implementation, or if a team is first formed that, based on its expertise, recommends and implements technological transformation.

III Panel 2 – “Balancing Local, Regional, and Global Technological and Business Challenges.”

Operating within multiple jurisdictions and markets with different business practices is a challenge faced by large financial organizations. The strength of the group and the ability to use tools and resources from a broader spectrum is significant, but it can also result in the trap that certain activities and projects will yield equally good results in multiple markets. The role of leaders at the local, regional, and even global levels, due to these specificities, carries additional responsibility and requires broad consensus for making strategic decisions.

IV Panel 3 – “New Generations. New Technologies. New Industry?”

The financial industry environment is significantly influenced by several important factors. On one side, new technologies, on the other, new generations of clients, both under the lens of continuous business growth and meeting shareholder demands. In a time when it is challenging to meet all demands, it is of utmost importance to clearly define the strategic direction and recognize all opportunities and threats, turning them into active or potential advantages for achieving business results.
