The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia has announced the 10th competition for the national award for corporate social responsibility, Đorđe Vajfert, open to companies and enterprises evaluated based on the principles of corporate social responsibility. The competition will remain open until December 31.
The purpose of this award is to encourage and support companies that address the most important aspects of sustainable business in a balanced way: employee relations, environmental impact, market aspects, asset and capital management, and community relations.
What sets the Đorđe Vajfert Award apart from others in this field is its unique methodology and holistic approach, which equally evaluates these key aspects of sustainable business. Speaking at the press conference, Dušan Stokić, Head of the Center for Environmental Protection, Technical Regulations, Quality, and Social Responsibility, and the leader of the Chamber’s Corporate Social Responsibility Team, emphasized the importance of this comprehensive evaluation process.
During the press conference announcing the competition, previous award winners also shared their experiences, including Comtrade System Integration. Representing the company, Marketing Manager Aleksandar Đorđević discussed the journey in integrating corporate social responsibility into the business processes of large, medium, and small enterprises, as well as their experiences in implementing specific projects submitted for the award.
