Comtrade System Integration is proud to announce that it will take part in the Digital Entrepreneurial Nest and Industry 4.0 in Montenegro (DigNest) project.

From businesses and organizations to individuals, the importance of digitization cannot be overemphasized. Successful adaptation to the digital age can allow us to reinvent processes, increase the quality of work and improve consistency in a variety of industries.

Digital research centres and universities play a key role in the digitization process, helping to strengthen the cooperation with national economies, providing expert knowledge and support to their local industries, as well as liaising with innovators, investors, and customers.

The DigNest project aims to support the modernization of Higher Education Institutions in Montenegro by enhancing their cooperation with market-leading businesses. The primary objective is to maximize the benefits from digital technologies in priority areas of agriculture and health while ensuring that graduates, future experts, and the workforce successfully adapt to the digital area.

Collaboration and networking are essential to ensure that only the best practices are exported to other regions while importing needed expertise in order to stimulate the growth of an efficient innovation ecosystem.

More specifically, DigNest will leverage these efforts into the following specific objectives:

  • Strengthening the relation between Higher Education Institutions and the national economy in Montenegro through the creation of the MNE Academic Hub
  • Enhancing the level of competencies and skills of Higher Education Institutions’ staff members
  • Increasing the quality of higher education through new forms of practical training schemes and study of digitized labor market
  • Improving internalization of Higher Education Institutions, which includes including networking with other digital innovation hubs and competency centres, sharing knowledge and complementing expertise.

As the leading regional system integrator, CTSI is honored to be a part of such an important initiative. We will use this opportunity to share our vast amount of knowledge and experience and help the DigNest project build a brighter digital future for everyone.
