Vanja is an experienced IT Service Management business and technical consultant, currently holding the position of ITSM Team Lead. ITSM team is responsible for successful implementation of ITSM solutions based on ITIL best practice, using and supporting various vendor platforms and products (IBM, BMC, Broadcom – former CA), with “know-how” to provide both on premise or cloud (ITSMaaS) solutions in multitenant environment. Team members are skilled in providing support for complex and multidisciplinary projects that require: consulting, infrastructure design, configuration, integration, software and/or database development and reporting based on various Business Intelligence platforms.

Vanja has a vast experience in analyzing and responding to clients’ requests, development of various integration solutions and reporting – which is important for knowledge-sharing within the team – as well as in participating in solution implementation within large-scale ITSM projects. Client-oriented, Vanja is constantly striving to meet and surpass their expectations together with the team, keeping customer satisfaction at the highest possible level.
